2006年11月にリリースされたTenacious Dのアルバム「The Pick of Destiny」の一曲。ギターヒーロー3の曲としておなじみのこの曲だが、Jack Blackのメタル愛が垣間見える。イントロのギターリフがクールで高校生の頃よく弾いた。
とても需要があるとは思えないが、高校生の頃和訳したノートが出てきたので、せっかくだから上げておく。
wikiによると、2006〜2007年のツアーで定期的にライブ演奏され、JRリード（Lee）が鎧をまとって歌と踊りを披露した。この衣装は、2015年11月のパリでのテロ犠牲者へ資金提供のため競売にかけられた。
